ABOUT THE
FOUNDER OF LOLA

LOLA’s Founder and Owner, Esther Cardenas Pipoly, grew up in San Antonio, Texas.

Having lost her father and husband just 63 days apart in 2014, Esther faced many personal challenges. She was no stranger to life transitions; her stepson became a paraplegic after a tragic car accident; her nephew was born with special needs and suffered through a lifetime of surgeries as well as family members with autism and the sudden unexpected loss of a family member’s suicide. Esther has been affected by various life transitions and can empathize with many families' grief. She is well-versed in understanding the numerous obstacles that families face and the resulting heartache.

Esther’s professional and personal experiences have prepared her for the opportunity to assist families in getting prepared and guiding families through difficult conversations and circumstances.

After I lost my husband and father I spent so much time searching for help.
I was financially paralyzed, emotionally paralyzed and left with having to close down two estates as well as go through legal battles. I created LOLA so I could hold the flashlight for you. So you have someone to guide you through the maze of all that happens during a life transition.
